Nomads Boys Under 12 Win Dallas Cup 2007

The Nomads Boys Under 12 team won the Champion title at the Dr Pepper Dallas Cup XXVIII, the most competitive international youth soccer tournament in North America. This week long event took place in and around Dallas, Texas culminating to a final at the beautiful Pizza Hut Park Stadium (see photo below) where the Nomads played against and beat 3 time California State Champions FC Barcelona 2-1 PK.  On the way to the Final the team defeated the famous Mexican Club Chivas of Guadalajara in the Semi Final. This is the first ever team from San Diego to win this prestigious Tournament at Under 12.
